Delete your account and your data

You can delete your data and your account at any time. The quickest way is to do it from the app.
From the app
- Open Mayla.
- Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
- If you like, export your data first. Then read what will be deleted and confirm.
If you do not have an account
Your data is only on your phone and we do not have it. To delete it, erase it from the app's settings or uninstall the app.
By email, without the app
If you no longer have the app, send us your request from your account's email address to privacidad@debugeo.com. The button opens a draft in your email app; check the details and send it.

What is deleted
- Your account and your sign-in method.
- All data stored in your account: profile, cycles, daily logs, notes, medication, reminders and preferences.
- Your consents and your registered devices.
What is not deleted
- Your store subscription is not canceled when you delete your account. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
- Purchase records that the law or the stores require us to keep.
Timeframes
We respond to email requests within 10 business days at most. We delete your account and its data from our systems within 30 days at most. We will never ask for your password.
